Standard Maintenance Service Contracts
Preventative maintenance would be carried out on all equipment covered. We normally recommend 2 visits per year. Any equipment breakdowns would be charged for, at special contract rates. An invoice would be raised at the start of the contract to cover the preventative maintenance visits. Invoices for equipment breakdown visits would be raised following each completed repair. Spare parts would be invoiced on a cost plus basis.
Semi Comprehensive Maintenance Service Contracts
Semi-comprehensive catering maintenance service contracts are based on the above, but with the costs of equipment breakdown visits covered in the contract charge invoiced at the start of the contract. Parts would be charged on an ‘as used’ basis
Fully Comprehensive Maintenance Service Contracts
Our fully comprehensive commercial kitchen maintenance service contracts are based on the semi comprehensive maintenance service contracts, but with the contract charge covering all parts to the value of £100.00
